  1. @@cz.99 I've never heard of that. I hope it goes away soon. When is your next Dr appointment? LapBand ~ November 1, 2016

  4. Hi @@jcordova204 doing good but pretty much maintaining my weight. Haven't lost anymore. I feel like most of the time I can eat anything I want. I go back Dec 27th for my second fill. I hope that is my green zone but idk. Sometimes I feel like I can eat like normal and I'm not careful with it. I don't intentionally test my band but I worry I over load it. I think most people are sticking to low carb. I'm just trying to get thru day by day because I have very little support at home. LapBand ~ November 1, 2016
  5. @@jimmc77 I totally understand, when I'm really drinking I don't eat. So I get drunk super fast. I would defiantly try to limit the social interaction with that involved. My co worker had the sleeve done so talking to her a lot and it helps to have someone around that is pretty much going thru the same thing. This site has really helped me a lot. 8. Thank you @@sc101071 I defiantly see that I can't have much like I use to. Its miserable for one and not even being able to make myself throw up was kinda scary but I didn't want to make it slip either. LapBand ~ November 1, 2016
  9. Thank you @@SpiritedOne I defiantly tried making myself throw up but I never was able to. Lesson learned and no more of that for me. I can't even have much I'm such a light weight now after I've lost weight and barely eat now. LapBand ~ November 1, 2016
  10. Last night we had a Christmas party, of course there was drinking involved. I regret having to many but what I figured out is you can't throw up. I even tried making myself and (tmi) but just liquid ran out not even dry heave or anything. I don't feel like I messed my band up but is that normal to not be able to throw up? What if you get the flu or something gets stuck? PLEASE NO NASTY COMMENTS. I know I shouldn't be drinking like that. Lesson learned LapBand ~ November 1, 2016
  11. @@weneebug hopefully you will get one soon, I guess my dr is a bit more aggressive

  17. @@jimmc77 yes I had my first fill about 2 weeks ago. Not much restriction yet but I go back the 27th of this month. Hoping to get more restriction. I'm trying to just have protein first so maybe I will continue losing weight. LapBand ~ November 1, 2016

  20. @weneebud I am with you girl! My scale goes up and down up and down. I'm losing inches but I want that number to drop. We are new to this so just giving it time is all we can do. I'm sticking to eating Protein first then if I want something else I will have it. So far no restriction LapBand ~ November 1, 2016
  21. @@weneebug well no LOL not really. If I eat low carb I lose but why get the band if I have to still eat low carb? Its frustrating but I'm sure once I hit the green zone things will be different. I have yet to experience anything that tested my band. I even had beef Jerky and chewed ok and it never bothered me. Not that I'm trying to test my band per say but I would love to feel that restriction. LapBand ~ November 1, 2016
