@@StephanieS0208 thats how I am feeling I don't want a number I just want to be healthy plus i would hopefully like to be able to gain muscle which ways more anyways so I wanna see appearance and health wise not number wise

if anyone can't find the group let me know and i will send a personal invite if you would like to join but just know you have to be on a desktop version to accept it the same way you have to be on a desktop version to be able to search the group yourself

For people who have had surgery already, how long did it take you to reach your goal weight? I know that depends on many different factors and all that and that no one probably reaches goal at the same time especially depending on starting weight and what your actual goal weight is but I'm curious to hear some of your stories Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
