My go to has become the Premier Protien Shakes (sorry OCC but that Vitaleph is disgusting!) Premier is low sugar, high protien and premade. Additionally, you dont just have the option of choc, vanilla or strawberry but flavors like caramel and banana cream. May be available is stores too but I think the best option is to just order on line. Awesome wgt loss to date. Keep it up. I too was a water guzzler and am 2 1/2 wks post op. So.....at the airport hotel with a 6 am flight to OCC with Dr.Ortiz. Upon arrival-bloodwork, labs and such. From there-my surgery!!! So psyched... 2 week pre op diet. Im ravenous! lol
