So what did she say exactly? Do they want it upfront or can you do payments? I feel like no one has given me prices either, I know my deductible is $250 & then I am also responsible for 20% of procedure but the max I would have to pay is 1700 before insurance or something like that [emoji848]so I don't know exactly how much and that is frustrating. But like you , I'll figure it out .

I called atena today and they said they are missing info and that they had called my surgeons office last Friday but the office was closed so they mailed a letter to them. the lady said they wanted to know if I had a comorbidity(which I didn't think mattered since my bmi was 40. I am still waiting for approval, I have atena. Had last weigh in and psych appointment on January 11, it took her until the 24th to submit report I got a call that they submitted to the insurance company on the 25. I'm also a retail manager and I asked my surgeon if i could go back to work in a week and he said yeah. I plan to take 2 weeks though maybe a few days before surgery and a half a week recovering afterwards and if I feel great I can go in before. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
