  1. If you take a B12 supplement you are relying on it all being absorbed. I inject into the muscle.
  2. It's your B12!!! Get it tested ASAP critical levels can be very damaging. Feeling lethargic too? Chat to your Endocrinologist - no more than 3 months between checks and injections. You get a mouth spray too

  8. Hi all I'm 2 weeks post surgery and apart from being on day 4 of a stall which is rather early(??) I seem to have this feeling of having a stitch on my right hand side.
