  2. I am 9 months out from being sleeved and I did experience hair loss starting at about 4 or 5 months out. My hairdresser (who is also my cousin) had warned me that it is quite common to lose hair after any surgery and suggested I start taking Biotin right away. I have a hard tme with vitamins that you have to swallow so I didn't follow her advice very well. About the time I started losing my hair I started taking a chewable vitimin that included biotin. I am pretty much back to normal shedding now. I also have tried to keep my protien levels up since I have heard that helps. As for loose skin, I loved the comment about looking like a shar pei under their clothes. I can totally relate. But I am older so loose skin I can deal with and maybe when I get to my goal I will have that fixed. I certainly would do this over again because the benefits far outweigh the other. 4. I am taking the Bariatric Advantage as well. They have a lot of different flavors. I was at a meeting where the reps handed out samples of the different flavors. They aren't great but they are tolerable. Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App
  5. I started taking Probiotics and that really helped. The nutritionist explained that the surgery disrupts all of the bacteria--good and bad--in your gut. That leads to all kind of different ailments. The probiotics help get things straightened out. Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App
  6. I use the perfectly Posh healer stick and it faded my scars a tom. Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App *ton Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App

  8. Hey there! My surgery was May 10. I am also at a plateau and haven't lost the massive amounts of weight that lots of people report here (hw 285 sw 268 cw 224) but I am so happy I did this and am grateful that these forums ate out there for support!
