I have tasted a lot of shakes and Clear liquids and found that unjury is the best of all ..I especially like their chicken Soup. The temp must be right not too hot or will clump. I have a few friends that are not as heavy as I am ..they are always sabotaging my weight loss . They ask me if I want to order something for lunch I said no thank you I'm in my pre ops diet since surgery is on the 20 of Oct. Every few min it's you can't have just a little..or they eat stuff in your face while saying how great it is .they have never done that before. I opted out of telling my family about surgery because of all the negativity ..even if everything went well and maintained my weight they will still have something negative to say and talk behind my back ..
