Premier Protein Shakes New Flavor!
My friends mom found them at a Sam's Club here in Michigan. Hopefully they will be easy to find! I haven't tried Walmart yet, but maybe they have them since they are part of Sam's. Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App

Premier Protein Shakes New Flavor!
I'm so excited!! My favorite Protein drinks are the convenient Premier Protein shakes and they now come in Bananas and Cream! Yummm! I haven't had them myself yet, but can't wait to get it. A friend's mom got them from Sam's Club. I checked Sam's and costco, but nothing showing on their websites yet. Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App

HELP! (Sad face)
I'm sorry - that really stinks. I've seen a lot of people on here that have gone to Mexico. Sounds like there are reputable surgeons and much cheaper than here in the U.S. Good luck. Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App

Got my new Fitbit Charge HR
I heard that! I promised the kids I'd take them to the amusement park this weekend if they get their chores done. If they do, I should get quite a few steps in. Lord knows I can't get on any rides! My water sits on my desk. I put a gallon in the freezer when I get in about 5:30-ish and I take it out an hour later. I drink right from the gallon. I'm classy like that. I like it!! Got my new Fitbit Charge HR
Mine too. I have only noticed a few times that it did not register some flights that I did, but I'd rather it be under, than showing too many. Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App Yeah, mine was over counting by a few hundred at a time.Yeah, that's not good! Did you get your Blaze? Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App Yes, I did and put it to the test earlier today. I spent part of my lunch 1/2 hour walking about a mile. Haven't walked in a REALLY long time and it doesn't help that I have a desk job. The most walking I'm getting other than the lunch break is taking the LONNNNGGGGG way around the building to go to the bathroom. LOLSteps are steps, no matter how you get em in! It's all good!! I'm in an emergency call center, so I'm not moving too much during my work day either. I keep my bottled Water down the hall in our break room. When I need another bottle, I take the long way, and go down/back up the stairs before getting it and heading back. If I don't have stuff to do on my lunch hour, I will walk around inside, or outside now that it is finally warming up! Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App

Similar scars to sleeve surgery?
*when I had my gall bladder removed, my surgeon used the same incisions that I had from my lapband surgery. Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App

Similar scars to sleeve surgery?
Thank you - I like it. I do not plan on telling my nosey coworkers WHY I am having surgery. Don't feel like dealing with the know it alls that feel the need to give their "just diet and work out" advise that works for them to get their extra 5-10# off. One of my other coworkers recently was sleeved and lost over 100# between the surgery and doing his part by being in the gym first thing every morning working out. "If he would have just gone to the gym every day, he wouldn't have needed the surgery." I told one of them the other day to go carry 100# of weights as they run on the treadmill and let me know how "easy" it is for them. They just don't get it and I don't care to involve them in any part of my journey. I already had my gall bladder removed and had a hiatal hernia repair at the time of my initial lapband procedure (now going for revision to the sleeve). I have reflux issues, so I just read that I can blame that on fibroid tumors that will have to be surgically removed when the peanut gallery sticks their nose in. Time for a new start making appointment for band revision to bypass
I am also getting a revision from the band, but going with sleeve. My insurance requires me to go thru the 6 months of supervised visits again. It sounds like a lot, but I'm already halfway through! Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App

Weight dipped below 40 BMI at last weigh in!
That is the exact situation I am in too. Surgery date in July or August. I am right at 40%, and need to maintain just to make sure I don't drop below and risk that chance of being denied. Really stinks cause I am loving my new fitbit! Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App

Not a dumb question at all! I'm still learning too, but so far, I LOVE my fitbit!! You don't have to do anything special, just as long as it is on, it is tracking your steps! You should get a bunch in with Zumba! Send me your email address if you want to do a weekend challenge with us! Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App
