  1. in the last week my stomach hurts 90% of the day. I don't know if it is still healing, if I am eating foods that upset me. Don't mean to be gross but I am doing fine with bathroom issues but the pain is persistent and hurts. Could it be the nerves healing?
  2. Bless your heart! My surgery was the same day. Gastric bypass. Can't believe how good I felt. Had a gastric sleeve 4 years ago and was miserable as hell from day 1. Hope you to continue to stay strong and healthy.
  3. I am so sorry you are feeling so bad. Your appointment is soon? Praying for you.
  4. Did you have the sleeve? I had the same problems i actually had the scope and stricture procedure. Then suffered for three years with reflux. Had the gastric bypass November 7. Feel a little sick today (my own fault for eating turkey too soon) but other than that, feel great. Hope the scope helps. Sent from my SM-N900P using the BariatricPal App

  21. I had a sleeve three years ago have had terrible reflux. Gastric bypass scheduled November 7. I am apprehensive. Would love to have a buddy for mutual support. Reading others' posts have been uplifting and educational.
  22. Hi, our weights and issues are so similar. I also had the sleeve in July 2013. Did pretty well lost 58 pounds but struggling with terrible acid reflux. Was approved for bypass but have chickened out twice. Decided to take this step after much prayer and research. I felt like a failure because the 58 pounds I lost have slowly crept back. I have gained back 36 pounds. I am just tired and devastated from this roller coaster. It really is a journey for life.
