Feeling bad

Surgery 11/7 and have done great. But I ate a little turkey and ham on Thursday and Friday. I should not be eating solids yet. I feel so sick. My own fault. I have learned my lesson. Stay strong my friends.

I was sleeved 11/7 as well, was supposed to start puréed foods the day after thanksgiving but I gave it a shot with the turkey & mashed potato. I made sure I chewed it up to the consistency of applesauce & ate very slowly & I seemed to be ok... barely ate half a slice of turkey & boy did my body sure tell me when I was full!

Starting to eat puréed is a whole different feeling than being on the shakes 3x day.

Did you purée or mush up your food well?

Well I chewed it really well. I also ate some squash and dressing. Nothing had sugar but I think it was all too rich. I will do better. Thank you for responding.
