I use Jarrow unflavored whey Protein. Each scoop is 20g of protein, I believe. I add it to my smoothies and can never taste it. Haven't tried it in anything else yet but so far so good. Bought it on Amazon for about $25-30. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
