  4. It's normal to have a stall, but you may need to change your diet some to get your body back to losing. I had to up my calories and carbs. Talk to your dietician and see what suggestions they have. Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App

  13. Actually I used that time to work on meal planning and did 3 thirty minute walks a day and also focused on getting in liquids. M dr recommend this amount of time so that we focus on ourselves and the lifestyle change. Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App

  16. First you should not keep unhealthy foods in the house, out of site out of mind. Also if you are truly seeking help from a Psychologist keep calling them or ask for a referral from your surgeon office. Also attended bariatric support groups. Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App

  19. I just had RNY on September 26th, and all went great but it is so hard to get all liquids and Protein in this first week. I literally wake up at 6am to start and it takes me till 10 or 11pm and is extremely exhausting. I'm sure it will get easier but I just want to take a nap and that screws my whole schedule.   20. Your husband needs to attend as many visits with you as he can, so he has a chance to ask questions and get educated about the procedure.
