  3. I came home yesterday. Not in a lot of pain, feeling pretty good. Just sip sippin trying to get that Water in. How are you feeling. I had 2 doses of pain meds at the hospital, then took some for the long ride home but was probably not needed. Sent from my 5054N using the BariatricPal App

  5. I haven't needed pain meds. Would love to go back to work Tuesday when I'm scheduled but my Dr was adement about no driving til follow up on Wednesday. I feel great. I've gotten a little done around the house. Promised to not step on the scale til I go Wed. I've ate 2oz sf pudding today mixed in a little chocolate Bariatric Advantage Protein powder. Had a little chicken and stars Soup strained 3oz, 2oz yogurt and 4oz Protein shake. 20 oz of Water. Working on eating drinking every hour, today was a lot of rest.   6. Yes had Protein Water at the hospital til yesterday upon discharge. Then Protein shakes and full liquids til next Monday. I've only gotten in an 11oz shake and a 6oz yogurt. 20oz of water and about 3oz of low sodium chicken broth. Sent from my 5054N using the BariatricPal App

  8. Unsure. I've looked through the book they gave me. My main focus is Protein and Water. I'm just unsure. Had surgery Monday stage 1 til I left hospital. Stage 2 now and on 3 by next Monday seems so fast. I managed a yogurt and a Protein shake in a day. Sent from my 5054N using the BariatricPal App

  11. Just had surgery Monday. My first seminar was January then met Dr in February. Started 6 month weight management appointments in March. Looking back I remember thinking 6months that is gonna take forever, but it flies faster than you think. They may see you now depending on how close you are to turning 18. I'd say its truly worth it. I lost 40 lbs just doing the managed weight classes. Just remember it's a lifestyle change, this is just a tool to help Sent from my 5054N using the BariatricPal App
