So I know this is bad but today I was really craving McDonald's which I need normally eat. I had a burger and a small milk shake. Well after I finished eating I started to feel weird. And I was sweating even though I my window open and fan on. I also had no energy just I had to sit in my car for a while. I haven't had the surgery yet. I normally only eat clean. I was told I had to switch as well. So I got on the depo. Its been ok, plus since I know I can gain weight from it I'm way more cautious about what I eat. Sent from my SM-G900T using the BariatricPal App

Congratulations on your approval. I asked this same question. I was told its ok to have gained a few pounds unless its a rule from ur insurance that u have to be at the weight they set for u or less.
