    ....im 3 shakes a day..i can have broccoli in low sodium chicken broth and Crystal Light...thank u for your encouragement Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App The pre-op diet is hard, but just remember it is not forever, and I can promise you that after the surgery you won't feel hunger in nearly the same way.
