  12. I am sorry you are in this position! Maybe give it a year or six months and see what you can do on your own. You can always go back to WLS if you want it. I don't know your weight loss history though if you feel like you are a yo yo dieter like many of us, you already know that you need more help. So maybe look at your own history and see if you can truly commit to it. Either way you gotta watch what you put in your mouth forever. I feel like with WLS though you kinda get a do over on your body. Because of the rapid weight loss in the beginning. So for me I'm looking at this as a second chance to take care of a skinny body, knowing all the things I now know as an adult. I'm not gonna wreck my "new" body. Good luck! 22. I was worried about telling my husband too, so I waited and kinda gave myself pep talks about why it was important. I knew his reservations against it so I had information for him, and I also basically decided that even if he didn't want me to do this I was gonna do it. I have to take care of myself. He used to think it was a quick fix or cheating. So I schooled him a lot! He is still warming up to the idea but I am so positive and always giving him information that he is getting better everyday!
