Question what is your energy level like?

I had my surgery on the 10th as well. Today is the also the day I feel some what normal. I will be on Clear Liquids till Monday... I see my surgeon and NUT for my one week post op. The best advise I can give is take baby steps and sip all day long if you have to. It has been a physiological struggle for me as well. I had to remind myself constantly why I went through this. I went for a walk and everything. But the pain is generally right behind my chest area and a little to the left side. It Linda feels like a brain freeze but without the headache.
