  2. I haven't had surgery so I don't know but ejaculation is fast sometimes and can be more than we realize. When I used to do that on my now ex husband it would make me sick. From everything I've read on these forums you have sip slowly on things and chew slowly and thoroughly... So maybe it's just too much Fluid too fast....? 3. My best friend does this! She has 4 kids. Not one stretch mark and is a size 2 I think maybe a 4.... And I tell her how I'm feeling sometimes and she says she knows I feel cuz this is the biggest she has ever been. It makes me so mad! Sent from my LGLS991 using the BariatricPal App

  9. Thank you!!! I'm terrified of saggy skin! I've had 4 kids within 6 years and I'm overweight, obviously, and I'm trying to get all the financials figured out, hopefully tomorrow, for surgery. I'm terrible at drinking Water so I know that will need to be a main focus for me and I want to start exercising asap after my surgery, but I don't know how long I have to wait, to hopefully lessen the saggy skin... I'm 31, 5'3" and currently at my highest weight of 260. My lowest weight that I can remember was 175..so I've never been thin... But after my first son my skin bounced back really well minus my stretch marks and I grabbed 45lbs with him... So that makes me hopeful... 14. Hey everyone. I'm trying to get approved for a loan because I cannot afford to do this out of pocket all at once. I know I make plenty a month to afford the monthly loan payment but there are saying I only qualify for like a third of the cost without a co signer. I'm so bummed.... I was so excited to get this journey started... Keeping the hope though that I will find a cosigner soon! I wanna be able to be the best mom I can be to my 4 boys and right now I just an like half the mom I could be... I hate that feeling... Sent from my LGLS991 using the BariatricPal App

  18. I relate to all of it. I also have a beautiful best friend who is like a size 2 and always tells me I'm a big beautiful woman and I know She means so well and believes it to her very core but for once I would love to not be the big one. Sent from my LGLS991 using the BariatricPal App

  21. Congratulations! It's just a combination of everything for me. I lost weight a few years ago... Around 50 lbs. My confidence was through the roof and I was sincerely the happiest I've been in my whole life. But I was taking about 15 pills a day and spending 200-300 a month. I could not keep affording that... It was so expensive! But that good feeling I had.... I want that again. Sent from my LGLS991 using the BariatricPal App

  24. This is not to say that you won't do well with surgery, but for you to say that you don't know [something] and feel that surgery will be the best decision seems like setting a trap for yourself. Having realistic expectations and a grasp of the realities of surgery and what follows are foremost, along with having confidence in one's ability to follow through successfully. Surgery means taking action and making changes. It is not a passive affair. Just as you've lost 10 and gained 12 in the past, it is possible either not to lose weight or to lose and regain after surgery. If you don't believe me, look at Chris Christie -- not a surgery success story. Making wise food choices and planning meals is imperative. Exercising regularly is important. Losing weight and keeping it off are pretty straightforward matters. The mental and emotional aspects are trickier. You can do well if you get yourself to the place where you tap your confidence in your powers of follow-through. Thank you. The I don't know wasn't not knowing something... It was a statement out of frustration. I am confident that I will succeed. I love exercising and I don't really eat badly. My biggest downfall is cheese and vegetables... I like few vegetables... I'm just tired of not being able to exercise because I can't breath or my knees and ankles hurt so bad... I refuse to put my body and wallet through all of this to fail at it. 27. I am so flustered with weight loss. It doesn't seem to matter what I do I seem to just gain weight... I'll lose 10 and gain 12 and lose 5 and gain 3... I feel like an embarrassment and failure to my children. I'm lonely in the love department. I have 0 confidence. I don't know. I feel like this is going to be the best decision of my life. 28. Good morning! I have done so much research over the last couple of days and spoken with a close friend of mine that had wls a year ago...probably drove her bonkers asking so many questions! But I would love to know what was your decision maker? What was it that flipped your switch to talking about it and following through with it? Sent from my LGLS991 using the BariatricPal App

  31. I'm sorry to hear that! But I'm so glad you do not need any more treatments! I have never even had a hot flash in 4 years and my last blood work showed that my hormones were great. The Drs can't explain it but that's ok lol. I'm really excited to take this step.. Sent from my LGLS991 using the BariatricPal App
