  1. @@Jess31581 my first day trying all liquids was so hard and I ended up having a salad for dinner. I usually do one shake and one Protein bar per day. Some days all liquids and then a solid dinner. Went from 226 to 207 since the end of July Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  4. I'm excited and want to lose as much weight as I can before the surgery and work out so that I can be strong going into it since I won't be able to work out for 6 weeks after. My high weight was 226 and my current weight is 207. I would love to be at 200 or right under going into the surgery to increase my chances of doing really well.   7. I have my last nutrition visit this Friday, then the doctor will submit me for approval after thats Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  9. Does anyone know if United healthcare has a time limit on how long you can wait to have your surgery after you have been approved? I will submit for approval the week of September 5th but need would like to go out of town before the surgery the second week of October. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
