  1. Hi misty! welcome and good luck.
  2. I know for me it took a few days. I know its kinda hard to get up and walk around but it really makes things much easier. I am now 10 days post op and feel pretty much human again. Good luck, and in a week you will feel way better. xoxo
  3. How can you point your finger when you are in the "fact finding stage" you have not walked in the same shoes... With that said, I have tried alli and did experience the oily farts or whatever and did not lose enough weight to make me want to continue.
  4. I am nine days post op and am very hungry. I have been very good for the most part about following my diet but I have slipped. I would not beat yourself up. I think if that's all you did then you should be fine. I am no doctor and I am only nine days out so maybe there is someone else that might tell you different.... But I think you will be fine. We didnt get banded because there was no issue with food. xoxo
  5. Hi Brandie! Congrats on your surgery! I had mine last Wednesday and I am just now starting to feel human again. I know that the getting up and walking around really helps. If you want to chat sometimes message me.
  6. Hi guys thanks for taking the time to respond to my post I really appreciate it. I am actually feeling a little better already I think the gas had alot to do with it too.
  7. So I was just banded on Wednesday the 1st and I am pretty scared. I hear people talking about how they didn't need the pain medicine after they went home from the hospital etc thats not me. My entire body hurts and it even hurts to breath in but I am trying to force it so I don't get some kind of lung infection. I guess the needing help getting out of bed and other things like that is really having an effect on me too I feel depressed I just want to know if this is all normal. I am sorry if this is a topic that has been posted before but I don't come on here very often and don't know how to navigate. Anything you guys can tell me would be really appreciated.
  8. I have not had surgery yet but I am next week so I know how you feel. I hope everything goes good for you. GOOD LUCK!
  9. I am getting super nervous! Next week at this time I will have a band. This may sound kinda crazy but I have been taking vitamins and all kinds of things to make sure I am Super healthy for surgery.
