  2. took off two weeks. went back last week but it was rough. might end up trying to adjust to part time for a few weeks or take more time. honestly should have taken friends suggestions to wait until your able to properly eat some things for energy, i can't even handle Protein shakes yet.   6. i know all surgeons are different but i wasn't allowed Protein shakes till two weeks post op! (last Tuesday) and i'm still having issues with them, couldn't imagine trying 3 days after wow! i was on liquid diet for the two weeks, closest to shakes was 8 oz skim milk Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
