  4. Even something as small as 10!!! macaroni elbows several days ago? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  5. Wish someone would have told me that you lose all your weight via explosive diarrhea followed by a hot/cold sweat that you feel like you'll pass out, bc then I would have passed on getting this surgery done. Is this something that lasts forever? I've been trying to follow directions with drinking enough Water and getting Protein in....I did eat maybe 8-10 soft macaroni elbows like 3 days ago which is when all of this started. Is it too late to get my stomach back? How does anyone live a normal life like this? I'm supposed to go back to work next week, little do they know I'll be working from the restrooms I guess. 6. I had 8/1 surgery date also. Yesterday was by far the worst for pain. Today was better, I even ventured out in public for a brief time. Now my main annoyance is my midsection feels tight and I'm fast walking to the bathroom at least every 2-4 hours. Hope that's not a forever side effect. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  7. I'm 4 days post op and things are feeling....tight. Is that normal? I think I'd be doing much better if I could get the staples out right now instead of next Wednesday. I'm also having trouble drinking broth and I'm tired of Water. I did drink about 3/4 of a premier shake today and that ran straight through me (sorry for tmi). Feeling a little frustrated tbh.. 10. I haven't heard of "dumping " before. I hope this isn't a brand new constant issue. I will have to try the Jello and crystal lite cubes!! Thank you!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  11. I hit the 60 oz goal fairly quickly surprisingly bc it took freaking all day just sip sip sip so that's why I decided to try the super soft Mac and cheese but learned the hard way I need to wait a little longer since it gave me diarrhea (I think? Maybe a combo of that anesthesia still releasing) Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  12. I was on a. Clear liquid diet for the first 48 hours after surgery OR until I hit my 60 oz of Fluid goal Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  13. I was sleeved 8/1. It's been good so far but didn't realize how important furniture height is/need to be taken in to consideration when deciding where to sleep. I haven't had any bathroom issues and met my goal for fluids but the tightness everywhere in my midsection is what kills me. It's so uncomfortable. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  14. I did try eating very soft Mac and cheese tonight just to have something to chew and while it was delicious, I was too stressed out to enjoy due to concern of taking too big of bite or was I going to get sick? It made my stomach upset after and I probably only ate 10 elbow macaronis. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  15. I was sleeved 8/1/16 and I've had some nausea but nothing like you described. Mine has been mainly in waves when I get out of bed or take a shower. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
