  4. Keel going... then suddenly you will see the scale drop. I have found that since surgery I hold a lot of Water as I don't drink as much as I should or used to, as soon as I have a couple of days of getting in my two litres a day then the scales suddenly plummet Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  5. So I am officially 131 days post-op and I am down 70 pounds with only 20 more to go. I would be lying if I said it had been easy but I completely love my sleeve now. For the first month I was convinced I had ruined my life but now I appreciate how healthy I am and how slim I am looking! I really do miss being able to sit and eat huge meals but the sight of a lot of food makes me feel very sick... even now. My hunger is returning but in a different way, I'm only hungry for healthy things now and spend my entire time eating vegetables- fruit makes me sick. I encourage people to have the surgery but I am 18 and will admit to you all now that I was too young to undergo such a change and it has been a very emotional journey that I wouldn't wish anyone young person to have... Saying that I have a very long future to look forward to and I have the confidence to pursue it! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  7. I'm 18 and I am 1 month post-op. You'll have good days and bad days but it's totally worth it! Good Luck and you will love your sleeve x Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
