  4. I can totally understand the frustration of plateaus, however you must not give on yourself. Thinking about food a lot? yeap that's also me, I try to think other things like a project I am doing or going to the gym, or just getting out with my dogs. It's hard but worth the fight, we have but one life, why not be happy and healthy in it? I hope this helps and reach out any time.
  5. You shouldn't be gained by at this point, please call your surgeon.

  9. I had my procedure done on April 21, 2016 I can't believe it soon it will be one year post. My highest weight was 325 pounds I am now down to 205 pounds in 10 months. But I feel like I have plateaued and I feel like I've lost the drive that I once had. I guess a series of events that have happened in my life as of or since then has made me feel very down and low. I need a buddy system, I support group or something with someone to lift my spirits. I think cooperated exercising here lately think I need to do that more. I just sometimes don't have the energy my doctor says because I need to drink my Water and I agree because when I do I feel more energetic. I need to get down to the down under the 200 mark by April. Actually they want me to be at 189 pounds by then. Which means I have to lose 16 more pounds in two months. Anybody else go through this remote the only one in the whole universe they can't seem to get it together? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
