Hi, I'm a married mom of five...most are grown and out of the house.  I had gotten so heavy that I could barely move and was heading towards being in a wheel chair permanently.  My regular physician suggested that I look into bariatric surgery and recommended my surgeon.  Everything fell right into place and I was one of the fortunate people that did not have to wait six months to have my surgery.  I was approved right away!
I am two months post op and am very happy with my decision.  It is worth having the surgery....my arthritis does not hurt nearly as bad as it used to.
