  3. I'm 9 days post op today. 20 pounds down in all (which is including my pre op diet). But I'm having I really hard time keeping my Protein down. I'm getting my 64 oz of fluids in without a problem but the protein makes me sick. I MAY get in 30 grams a day. I've tried Matrix, premiere protein and a few others. Is any one else having this problem? I am worried to death over not getting enough in. Thanks!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  6. I'm 8 days out and am on full liquids. Protein shakes 2-3 times a day and I like the cream soups. I tried tomato Soup and almost doubled over in pain which I'm thinking is from the acid. And sugar free popsicles have been a life saver! I wish someone would tell me where I can find sugar free banana popsicles! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  7. I am so nervous about having the gastric sleeve! I am 27 years old and have not had a surgery since I was probably 10 when I had my tonsils taken out!! I am financing the surgery myself and want to know how soon I may have the surgery after my initial consultation. My very first appointment is next Tuesday. I do not take any medication and have no other comorbid condition. I know this is wishful thinking but it would be awesome to have it mid August!! If you were a self pay what was your experience like and how quick did you have your surgery after your initial consultation? Thanks!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
