  21. I am 5 days post op also. I know it is hard. Hang in there . I just focus on the recipes I will make when I reach phase 2 in just a few days. Like ricotta and cottage cheese bake with little sauce. Like lasagna. Sent from my DROID RAZR HD using the BariatricPal App
  22. Hi all. I had surgery on 6/29. Same here lots of gas pain. Walking has helped a lot. Although my Dr did not recommend say some folks using Gas x strips on YouTube. I broke down and tried 1 and it did help.Maybe ask you surgeon about that. Sent from my DROID RAZR HD using the BariatricPal App
