  1. We are in it together, I always am trying to figure it out but I kind of getting the hang of it already!
  2. I was released on Wednesday and today Friday I was finally able to poop, just try to drink as much liquid as possible slowly and take your stool softener pills and you protein shake that had always helped me to poop! And I felt in heaven once I was able to poop!
  3. Congrats love! I was lucky because I was able to release a lot of gas the same day of surgery and I was able to walk they same day. I Struggled with the intake of the liquid but, zipping my way through the RN said if you get to 3 cups per 1 I'll let u go home! And I did just that and she saw me fully active sitting and walking the hospital gassing away [emoji4] [emoji5]

  5. Hiii guys!!! I did it! Got sleeved on Tuesday 9/19 it was a pretty short procedure Of want say 1hour and half. I was sent home yesterday afternoon. I do feel a little uncomfortable due to the incisiones another then that, I've been able to talorate my liquid (water,broth, jello, teas). One other discomfort is the urge to poop and I can't. Other then that I'm doing awesome!
  6. Hi guys!!! Tomorrow is the big day!!! I'm a bit nervous, but good nervous,excited, so many feeling all at once! Tomorrow my new life beginning! Wish me luck, and as soon as I built some energy I will get back to all of yous! Good to those September Surgery we got this!

  8. Hi everyone!!! So my BIG day is in less the 48 hour! Surgery date 9/19 an unforgettable day will soon be! I want to know if any of yous used a girdle or any type of body shaper if so how long after surgery? Thanks so much any input for my big day are welcome[emoji5]
  9. I totally know how you feel, I kind of did the same with the alcohol, and those nights of fun and dining. Last night a cheated a bit I had 3 cups of vodka [emoji85] and I had a home made taco salad.

Hello everyone, Very excited and nervous at the sametime, I'm in my last steps of surgery on Tuesday I have to go in for the final exams of an EKG and see the anesthesialogist for the ok for surgery! I was also told to start the high protein diet, prior to surgery any inputs of a good and adorable protein powder I can purchase? Your help is greatly appreciated!
