  2. We went to finding dory. Showed up like 5 min before it started. I didn't "enjoy" everyone else eating popcorn but we did it. Well be learning/facing one habit at a time. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using the BariatricPal App
  3. Yeah don't worry. I was sleeved on 6/22. When I was discharged from the hospital I had gained 8lbs. My stomach is still pretty bloated and i feel bigger then when i went in . That said they pump you full of gas and fluids. ..Lots and lots of fluids and that's not counting the stress to your body. We didn't get this way over night and it's not going to change over night. I also know what you mean about the loss. I had a moment with all the recipes flooding my Facebook and I'm all "I'll never be able to eat that again...or what the heck do I cook for my family". Went to the movies and sat and tried not to drool over popcorn. Lol i might have stared at others with eating popcorn. Our entertainment was going out to eat...all new stuff and habits we're learning day by day. Much love. Your definitely not alone! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using the BariatricPal App Oil
  4. Yep because of me sticking to the diet my liver was Uber tiny...and my hour and a half procedure was 30mins. I was super nauseous with the anesthesia. We're both home doing great...struggling to get our fluids in. I e had friends go thru this and the struggle is real to get that in!!! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using the BariatricPal App

  9. It is so weird w the different preop diets. I'm getting sleeved on the 22nd...it's officially day 3 of 7. Pure awfulness i agree. It's pretty strict not even Protein shakes or protein Water. I tracked the calories and I took in 177 calories yesterday. Lol I'm salavating over the thought of a Protein shake. But it's only one week I guess. What surprised me is needing to be close to the bathroom. Anyway it'll soon be a memory folks and we'll be on that losers bench!! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using the BariatricPal App

  14. Hi I'm a 36 yr old woman. My wife and I are both being sleeved on June 22nd. We started our week of preop clear liquids yesterday. We went and met with anesthesia....signed consents...labs took our official "before" picture and signed this awful agreement acknowledging exactly how many things could go wrong...mortality rate...blah blah blah. I'm a nurse that used to work on a bariatric floor and I thought it would prepare me better for this. It's both exciting and completely terrifying at the same time. The food addiction train I've been on has officially ran off the tracks and now we get to face it head on. Lol I've already cried twice. Its really a lot to process. But here we are. So hello!
