  15. You mention calories (without specifics) but not protein. The most important numbers are fluids and protein. What is your protein target? Are you consuming at least that amount of protein every day? Are you getting AT LEAST 64 oz of Fluid every day? Stalls are a normal, natural, and necessary part of the process of losing weight. We all experience stalls. If you intend to lose a significant amount of weight then you need to be prepared to experience stalls. Embrace the Stall http://BariatricPal.com/index.php?/topic/351046-Embrace-the-Stall Thank you surfer girl, I am getting in between 60-80 grams of protein and at least 64-70 oz of water/fluids I exercise at least 3 times a week...
  16. Thank you so much, @@summerset I am so down on myself because the scale will not move that that much a week does sound so bad!

  18. I had my surgery on June 27th (RNY) and I feel great! I have even been introducing new foods and exercising, getting Protein as well as getting my Water in as directed. For the past 2 and half weeks I have lost and gain the same 2 pounds and it's driving me nuts!!! I don't know if I'm not getting in enough calories or what I'm doing wrong. Please help!!! I have lost a total of 33 pounds since surgery but I have my 6 week appt with my surgeon next week and I would like to have made more progress since my 1 week appointment.

  22. I didn't feel like a bra right after surgery but the next day when I was released I did put on my cozy bra from Walmart. I think it was around $7 or $8 bucks. I also have an incision under my left breast it's nothing like a sports bra super super soft and for me just enough to not feel like my breast are just everywhere. I had gastric bypass on June 27th. 29. Hello. I also had surgery on 6/27. I had a lot of pain as well but walking around was literally the best! I'm so so over liquids and I'm ready and hoping that my surgeon clears me to start soft foods on my first follow up appointment on Tuesday. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  30. Thanks @gingerbelle! I'm so glad I could motivate someone! It was so incredibly stressful going through the whole process and it's so crazy just know that the actual surgery is finally over! Now, it's all up to me! Exciting! But scary! I'm ready for this journey. I've almost survived week 1. My first post-op appointment is Tuesday. Don't give up!
