  6. @@Jen Mac I know, I eat small meals and I reach or exceed my goal so quickly. It gets discouraging because I'll be hungry in the afternoon but already be at like 700 calories. You have done great! My hair hasn't really been falling out but I am starting to get sagging skin already! I'm not even close to goal and I have bat wings and a stomach flap. I'm worried it's going to get really bad by the time I reach goal! Well, that's what plastic surgery is for I guess. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  10. I'm about 6 months post op and I was curious what others who have had the surgery and are eating regular foods eat? How many calories do you stick to? I try to stay below 800 calories. The problem is I've been extra hungry lately. I've been having trouble with my food and liquid intake. I just wanted some inspiration from others who are doing well. 19. Anesthesia can really mess up people's emotions and it can stay in your system for longer than just when you were put out. Also having MAJOR surgery is STRESSFUL! Anytime you put major stress on yourself you will become more emotional. Your surgery really wasn't that long ago! You still need to give your body and mind time to heal. You should go back to normal as everything settles down. I am sorry you do not have more support around you! We are here for you though! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  20. I had my first bit of alcohol 6 months after surgery. I wasn't planning on drinking but witnessed a traumatic event right before diner. I had less than an 1/8 of a cup and felt it way hard. I don't think I'll be drinking again anytime soon. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
