How was your recovery ?? My belly still hurts & im still very gassy. Unable to get anywhere close to 60oz of liquid

Whoa I'm only 6 days post op I would say think back to your start the process and recovery it's ok to indulge but hiding food maybe you can seek food addiction help ???

Yesterday the 30 oz one was a protein drink. Some days by stomach can tolerate 40 & other days it can't

Sleeved 2/16 today I was cleared for mushiness yesterday I did 40 oz liquid today I did about 25 oz. I feel so weak not dizzy but weak.

This is the reason I didnt share with many people the dumb comments. You have to remover WLS is for obese people with all kinds of complications. I also had a coworker say that to me at 25 years old and I didn't move foward now at 32 I didn't want to be 40 with more issues just sleeved 2/16.

I drank about 40oz today that and some broth maybe a spoonful of jello literally no more

Sleeved 2/16. I was able to get down 40oz today no more or I know it till come up I'm only allowed clear liquids so haven't tried shakes or anything else. I'm still very weak & feel like this phase will last forever

Yes usually your surgeon gives stages mine is stage one clear liquids 5 days and 5 days mushy stage 2 then stage 3 soft foods

I had mine 2/16 struggled the first 3 days doing much better today

Atkins is very similar To keto my surgeon says it's ok to follow because really this is how you're supposed to live post op extremely low carb & high protein

Yea I don't think I'll go to extreme measures to conceal it either. It's not a secret really just a personal part of my life I wouldn't openly discuss my hysterectomy or my IUD either so I guess it's the same thing

I'm not ashamed but I also don't think every single person in my life has to know all my business. pre-op it was more superstitious I didn't want people's bad vibes & now post op I just don't see the benefit in it. I just don't see how telling every single coworker makes a difference my very close friends know, my cousin who's an RN & my husband & a close neighbor but I'm like this in general pretty private if there was someone I know that can benefit from it I'll tell but my 120 pound coworker who doesn't even know my dogs name I don't see why she should know such private info.
