Hi, I know its hard to be vegan and have bariatric surgery I have found myself having to use a protein powder that comes from whey. it is called genpro and had 30 grams of protein in a tablespoon size serving. I will not ever eat any meat or dairy other than this but I understand that it is difficult

do you night shift people work on or have access to a computer? we could actually have someone to chat with that's awake

I keep mine in a bag and that helps a little bit

I had my sleeve on june 6th, I have had no problems at all just nausea when I woke up from surgery but other than that not even a sore throat. I can eat most anything I never get sick and I can drink Water just fine. so don't be scared. you deserve this

I just ordered some genepro and have been reading on some weight loss sites that they do not think it works or there doctors told them not to use it. has anyone had any trouble with it at all?

im not trying to be a gloomy gus and it may not happen this way to you but I lost 20 lbs in two weeks also and now 6 weeks out and for the past month I only have lost 10 lbs I hear that this is normal so don't be upset if it slows down, it will start back up

try some of the non meat products in the vegetarian section- I think you will find them easier and save animals at the same time

YAYYYYY I know it seems like forever when I first got my packet with all the stuff I needed to do I felt like I would never get through it but here I am 6 weeks out and 32 lbs down

I work the overnight shift and I try to get everything ready on my days off and then bring everything in a bag and stick it in the fridge here at work so I don't have to remember every day because I am bad at remembering stuff
