Lol I couldn't help it! I had to go to the gym in the evening yesterday ( I usually go in the morning) as I walked to the elliptical everyone was staring at me like I shouldn't be there! It was overwhelming and I don't like ppl who think they are better then me. But I did my 30min and 30min treadmill so I felt great when I left Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  14. Well you have to find out why! There is always a reason behind the complications. Did the person not get up and walk? Did the infection come from dirty house, dirty careless care, or from touching stuff at the hospital? Mood swings from her attitude in the first place? Many many possibilities but if it's a greater chance to die getting a gallbladder out, you should be fine. Just do things by the book if your worried Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  24. The point is a lot of us have food addiction hints how we got obese. So putting in the food we eat before surgery has a higher risk of bingeing on it till we get sick Or only reaching for the high carb foods.... It's your belly and what you put in it is under your control... But do know a lot of people do fail and gain back the weight bc they reached for the carbs to many times.
