  16. I was able to swallow capsule and tablets within a week of surgery and some of my pills are not small, but TBH I still can't quite get the Calcium pill that thing was made for horses
  17. I mixed shredded cheddar with my scrambled eggs in the morning, kept the eggs moister and added protein
  18. My surgeon just wanted me to lose 10lbs between October and my surgery last month. I lost nothing until January when they told me if I didn't start losing some weight I would not qualify then they gave me an easy diet I could try Breakfast Protein shake or 2 eggs Snack Light Yogurt Lunch Lean Cuisine Snack cheese Stick/Smartfood (something in the 100 calorie range) dinner Small portion of my normal family dinner or another Lean Cuisine I lost 40 lbs between February 2 and May 5
  19. Same as above a slept in a recliner but I did it for 3 weeks as I am a side sleeper normally and would not have handled that (I tried after 1.5 weeks and went back to the recliner)
  20. I had surgery on Thursday Morning and was discharged Saturday afternoon. My surgeon did a leak test in the OR and had a second one done Friday morning after which was allowed small sips of Water
