  1. My hair is not liking me right now, I am one week post op and within hours of taking a shower my hair is greasy. In the past when I would get build up I would wash my hair and then do a rinse with apple cider vinegar and it was fine. That did NOTHING! Any suggestions?

    4 days post op

I had surgery on November 8th, trust me it is a struggle, but in reality it is a short amount of time. Have you tried the unjury chicken Soup? My tastes change over so many days, so if you didn't like it before, try it again. You may surprise yourself!
  3. So when it comes to Breakfast, I'm looking for quick, easy, "clean" and loaded with Protein. I used to do a Pure Protein Bars, but am looking for a cleaner option with similar amount of protein (20grams) Any suggestions would be great!

    Pocket Food Scale

I travel a lot for work and struggle when I'm out with exactly how big 1 ounce is etc. Does anyone have any suggestions for a nice pocket food scale I could keep in my purse? Thanks!
  5. So I took a trip to costco yesterday and was so happy with my finds...but I was curious what others have purchased at Costco. Produce: Strawberries Blueberries Apples Grape Tomato Mixed Bell Peppers Mini Cucumbers meats & cheese Low Fat & Low Sodium Turkey Breast lunch meat (Deitz & Watson) String Cheese Cabot Sharp Light Snack Bars - These are awesome with 6 grams of Protein and only 50 calories each chicken Sausage Frozen Shrimp Polluck Burgers (They are BOGO right now) I also got a box of Pure Protein Bars. I am VERY pre-op I'm looking to have surgery in November so I'm trying to make better choices now, since I hear that it helps A LOT with using the tool to it's fullest.

    Pocket Food Scale

Yes, I know, but one place I really struggle is sashimi, not all sashimi is not created equal. It can be cut thin or thick, just depends on the restaurant. I'm still in my beginning steps and struggle when I don't have my handy scale with me

    Nectar Protein Mix

So I was SOOO excited to receive my sample packets of my nectar, so on Saturday I laid them out, picked the Wild Grape, opened the packet to mix in my jug and I mixed and mixed and still couldn't get the lumps out completely. So after getting most of them out I poured some in a glass and took a taste, it was horrible! I couldn't get passed the powdery, thick consistency. Does anyone have any suggestions, I really want to like them.

    Nectar Protein Mix

Thanks everyone for your suggestions, looks like maybe a blender with some ice might be the answer to my "dilemma".
