  16. I'm six weeks out today, been back at work for four weeks. I get in all my Protein and fluids and about 500 calories a day, give or take. The last two or three weeks I feel like I have never been so tired in my life. I get home from work, eat and go to sleep. I nap on the weekends and have no energy to do anything. I will bring it up at my next dr appt on 9/13 but when did you start to get some energy? I'm more lazy now than I was before the surgery. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  23. My plan says no alcohol for one month. I still haven't tried any and I used to have a glass of wine almost every night and more on weekends. Its a full time job getting my fluids and Protein in so until I can do that easily I expect I'll refrain. For sure, my first glass will be in the safety and privacy of my home Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  24. Every once in a while I think about a horrible meal I used to have that made me feel so good at the time and I really, really want it. Badly. I can even smell it in my mind and wish I had not had this surgery so I could stuff my face and get that feeling back. Then I come to my senses and realize that if I hadn't had the surgery I would have had that terrible meal at least five times already and that is proof I could not have done this in my own. My sleeve is saving me from myself and I am so grateful for that, even as I day dream about fried food. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  25. My target is 60g. I'm five weeks out and went over 70 for the first time today! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
