    I just started my 2 week liquid diet on 5/20/16 so a couple of days before satisfied my cravings and ate as much as I can because i knew i was gonna be on a liquid diet. It's been really hard for me especially since I work from home and have to cook for my family. It's REALLY HARD! To avoid it but I have.
