How are you doing now? I had vsg on 11/30/16 and then a hysterectomy on 7/19/17 and since my hysterectomy my weight has stalled and I can’t seem to lose more but still want to lose 30-40lbs

Sleeved on 11/30 HW 331 SW 316 CW 254 I feel like I'm a slow loser and 6 months is coming up - hoping to continue losing - Id like to lose at least 70 more pounds

I was sleeved same day and have lost 35 since then I think whatever you are doing you are doing right! I had an almost 3 week stall and sometimes it's unavoidable - good job! I want you to tell me what you are doing so I can have a 60lb loss!

I'm so excited! FINALLY got my date! 11/30! Has anyone had a 1 day pre-op diet? I've heard my program only requires a pre-op diet the day before surgery and not 1 or 2 weeks but I'm not sure - I'll find out at pre-op class. Is that a thing or does that sound too good to be true?
