  9. @@Clarevoyant warm liquids do help to keep you full but it's hard when you dislike beef broth and chicken broth. I bought Campbell's and they taste horrible. Is there another brand to buy that may have a better taste Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  13. @@ChrisInc2 I read the paper it just states I can have the protein powder with water or the already mixed shakes. Then it states keep carbs to a minimum and stay between 500 to 800 calories a day. It also says stay on a sugar free clear liquid diet.
  14. I'm so confused about this liquid diet I don't know what to try and eat besides chicken and beef broth. The doctor said stay between 500 and 800 calories with 8 glasses of water a day. I think it's okay to do the protein shakes.
