  6. Hey guys, I'm past my 2 week post -op mark and I started feeling nauseous yesterday. Every time I cough I gag... And yesterday I vomited foam around 8am. I managed to eat lots of watery fruits so I could help my stomach. Today has just been horrible super naseous and I feel like I can't eat anything. I've been drinking about 600 ML of Water like my nut suggested. I was always supposed to start my soft foods diet today but wasn't possible. Any suggestions? Usually when I'm nauseous I drink ginger ale and now I can't desperate for answers! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  10. I've had this same problem and I'm 2 weeks in. I was so upset because I loved drinking Water pre-op. Honestly I've tried 4 different brands of water (I know it's weird) and found that Evian with lots of ice helps. Try different temps and different brands of water... It works for me Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  12. I'm only 21 and the good thing is I don't drink-alcohol or sodas. My weakness are Pasta, rice and pizza. I'm just concerned how much food I'll even be allowed to eat by then I dont want to be filled with anxiety my entire trip not knowing what I eat. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  13. Hi everyone I'll be 3 months post op in July. I will be going on a cruise then (July 23rd) and I had my surgery April 27. Has anyone had experience with cruising after this surgery? Quite nervous for it... Although I've never been much of a buffet eater. Thanks!!!! Any tips are much appreciated. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  14. Hey guys I'm a newby to this so I wanted to get some advice. I'm 10 days post op have had no problems with my puréed diet. The only thing that I have been really frustrated about is how thirsty I am. At first plain Water was horrible couldn't drink it so I watered down Gatorade. I switched the brand for the water (now I'm drinking Evian) and it's better! I used to drink about 6-8 bottles of water a day before surgery ... I was obsessed. Now I'm afraid to drink a lot Incase of vomiting..... It's hard to not drink and eat too. Any tips??? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
