I am in the beginning of my story, I went for my 1st visit on 05/04/2016, I got a tentative date of surgery for 07/11/2016.  I am truly excited, if I get all my clearances sooner than later my date can move up.  I am working on it.  I have appt with my specialists this week. So I am hoping by the end of this month I will have all my clearances and I can get it next month.  
 
I want to get this surgery for various reasons, on I have children I have to live for they depend on me and I am all they got for the most part so I have to make a change and this is where it starts.  Secondly I want to do it cause I want to see what the smaller woman inside me looks like (LOL), I have always been on the plus side of life and now I want to see how the other side lives.  Plus to complete some of the things on my bucket list I need to be smaller.  I want to be able to take kids to amusement parks and get on the rides.  Last time I tried I was to big. So it is time to make a change.  
 
My life is changing and moving into a new direction, so why can't my self image change with it.
 
My stats I am 36 5'3 5'4, 303lbs BMI 51 so I qualify for VSG.
