    Hi there! My name is Felix and I just had my gastric sleeve done this past Tuesday (4/26). After almost a full year of dieting, nutritionist visits, follow-ups and what not my voyage to a healthier life has begun. I am coping with the pain involved in the first initial days post op and I have the full support of my family. I was at 397lbs and at the time of surgery I weighed 342lbs. Now mh main goal is to follow the doctor's instructions and stay hydrated, take my pain medicine, walk around the house and do my breathing exercises.
