    It's a secret group. Have to send a friend request to the admin then she adds you to the group and deletes your friend request. I don't put it out on social media but this group has been great! I had surgery on 5/2I had my surgery in 5/2 and am doing great! Hardly any pain. Just some gas which walking helps. No regrets! Glad your doing well FabFemale
