  2. It seems like I experience only one drop in weightloss within the month. It will all of a sudden drop 5 or 7 pounds other than that it has been maintaining same weight during the stalls. Sent from my SM-G920R4 using the BariatricPal App
  3. I had surgery July 26th, 2016 making me about 6.5 months post op. I have felt great, but find myself struggling. I am down a total of 75 pounds and have gone from a 24 or snug 22 to a 16 in bottoms and 2x/3x to a Lg/XL. I have hit several stalls along the way and it's frustrating. I often find myself falling into old habits, but do my best to correct myself. Even during my stalls, I can feel the inches coming off which is something I had to change in my mindset. I need to stop worrying about the pounds so much and as long ands I'm losing inches, I feel like I must be doing something right. I feel like I should be down a lot more, but I keep reminding myself where I started and I am proud of it. Due to life situations, I haven't been exercising like I should, but working on that too. I hope blogging on this site with help me with accountability too. Keep moving forward. One step at a time! Sent from my SM-G920R4 using the BariatricPal App
