My weight has been going back and forth between 165 and 170. I think I need to change something.

Now with my hanging belly I can at least tuck my fingers under it to warm them!

I am in San Diego and I am FREEZING. I attribute that to loosing my (not all) of my fat coat. This is my first winter that I have been this light in a long time. I am always cold.

In a word... WOW! I am SOSOSOSO Happy I did this. I now have everyone Blown away with my loss. I have to go to work now. I work at Estee Lauder here in San Diego. Ill write more later.

I just found out from my doctor that I weighed 255 at my highest known before my surgery. Please adjust me. I weigh 165 now.

Also, you CAN get into those positions you love but found cumbersome before.

Yes it gets better. I think the main differnce in my sex life now is being able to express with confidence to my husband what I need in my life sexually. NOW. IF I get a responce IS ANOTHER STORY.
