    Hey everyone! I just started my 6 months supervised 2 months ago. I had my first appointment February 12th. And so far I have had attended 2 dietary classes, had my upper Endoscopy....(they did find a hernia at the bottom of my esophagus) that he will just correct during surgery, follow up with my surgeon. My psychological evaluation just last week, and that's it, so far. I am looking into the sleeve surgery and my surgeon has recommended it for me, as well. I thought that I would give this app a try because right now, I will take all of the support/advice I can! I also need to battle quitting smoking, along with food! Anyone out here have any tips for me? I am also from West Virginia. Any neighbors out there? I also joined a gym yesterday, it's GO time! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using the BariatricPal App
