  3. Hey I'm so excited to see others from my area!!! I live in Madison however I was sleeved 4 days ago 4/7/16 in mobile, AL due to my insurance being in BCBS Of AL...   5. I feel hungry as well and I'm 3 days post op... However my feeling for hunger is more of a craving for actual solid food. Just my fluids makes my sleeve not to happy so I wouldn't dare eat actually food I'm thinking it's just all in my head Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  7. I actually use Bariatric Advantage which I file on insurance and they cover it so I get all the meds I need mailed to my home all for my $25 copay!!! Try it and they have a few other companies that do it the same just ask your doctor and they actually send the prescription to the company and then they'll contact you!   8. Walk walk walk if you want to bring it down. How ever remember that you've only been in fluids so not much will come out I have my first two days post op I thought it was gas and it just ended up being basically Water and air(tmi sry) so now when I think I have gas I get close to a bathroom just in case because it's been just Fluid nothing formed at all Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Yes try to sip closer together than 15 if you can tolerate it also it may help to get a bottles labeled with time to need to drink by I bought this bottle from a boutique near me and it really helps me stay on tract because in use to culling Water down that's just how much I love to drink water so sipping is hard for me you can actually order these in etsy they really help me Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
