I agree, Premier Protein is great! I use the chocolate and vanilla, taste is not bad and lots of necessary protein.

Hey everyone! My surgery was moved from May 3rd to April 26th which is great but now I am in the 14 day liquid diet required by my surgeon. I am on day 3 of 14... Please tell me it gets better! I requested 2 weeks with no problem. I don't have a highly physical job but wanted to take the time to heal.

I also went thru Cigna, 2 day approval for the first surgeon and then I switched, just 3 days for the second surgeon. Congrats on a quick turnaround!

Hi there I just did this, the original surgeon's office had everything they needed for 5 months and never submitted it. I found out they finally submitted my information March 29th and I had an approval 2 days later. I was not comfortable using that office and was quite upset so I went to a different surgeon recommended by my doctor. The original office had to contact my insurance and void the authorization and then the new office was able to submit for approval. Took 3 days, no problems and my surgery has been scheduled for May 3
