I'm in the same situation had surgery 4/28 my Protein shake makes me nauseous I hate drinking Water I'm dizzy pain in my legs when I sleep they say I'm malnourished and dehydrated with the sleeve stw 265 got down to 219 then bypass I'm down to 196.8. I will take the pain meds I guess I'm trying to be strong. Dave great job with the steps I need to put my fitbit on so I can track my steps. My body be in so much pain trying to get out of bed laying in 1 position.
